ERP IMPLEMENTATION – FORTUNE 1000 SECURITIES & FUTURES EXCHANGE

Initiative: ERP Implementation resulting in significant work process, job and culture change.

Approach: Kitsios Consulting Inc. led the change management effort including building change leadership and sponsorship, developing stakeholder engagement strategies, creating process and job assessments, and developing communications and training plans.

Results: The ERP implementation was completed on-time and on-budget and resulted in fully trained employees within two months. The change management effort greatly reduced resistance and employees were productive in a short period
of time.

MERGER & ACQUISITION CULTURAL INTEGRATION – NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING FIRMS

Initiative: Merger & Acquisition of three distinct companies.

Approach: Kitsios Consulting designed and executed a highly engaging, participatory process including change readiness assessments, cultural assessments, and the creation of the cultural vision for the new combined organizational entity.

Results: This effort resulted in energized employees, who were excited about the possibilities of the newly formed organization. Management had a clear purpose and worked cohesively during times of significant change and uncertainty.

STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION –
FORTUNE 100 FOOD CONSUMER PRODUCTS COMPANY

Initiative: Implementation of new market strategy affecting about 16,000 employees in North America.

Approach: Kitsios Consulting led the process of creating a strategic framework for the new market approach, and refined the organizational vision, mission, and values. Within that framework we designed and executed an organizational communication strategy.

Results: Leaders had a clear vision and direction for the function, and staff clearly understood why the change was needed, and their new roles and expectations.

ORGANIZATION DESIGN –
GLOBAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY

Initiative: Creation of a new organization following a Lean initiative.

Approach: Kitsios Consulting led the design of the newly created organization structure, including designing new roles, job descriptions and new competencies. We developed a highly participative process to align existing and new employees to the new structure.

Results: Through the use of objective assessments and employee involvement, 95% of existing employees were placed in their top two choices of newly created jobs. The project was used as a model for similar initiatives in the company.

LEADERSHIP RETREAT –
GLOBAL PRODUCT SAFETY CERTIFICATION ORGANIZATION

Initiative: Three-day leadership retreat for the top 250 leaders of a 5,000 member, global organization.

Approach: Kitsios Consulting designed and executed the retreat including the training of 12 facilitators involved in breakout sessions. Detailed facilitation plans were created for all general and breakout sessions.

Results: The leadership retreat established a clear direction for the team for the following year; relationships between the leaders were greatly enhanced. The retreat received the highest rating ever from participants (overall rating of 4.5 on a 5-point scale).

EXECUTIVE ON-BOARDING –

Initiative: Executive-level on-boarding process aimed at improving executive hire experience and increasing executive hire retention.

Approach: Kitsios Consulting developed a world-class on-boarding process which spanned the executive’s first year and included personal and cultural integration into the organization.

Results: The new on-boarding program was so successful that it became the global standard for the firm (65,000+ employees at the time).

EMPLOYEE RETENTION PROGRAM –
FORTUNE 1000 SECURITIES & FUTURES EXCHANGE

Initiative: Retention plan for the IT Department
for a mission-critical software group.

Approach: Kitsios Consulting designed and implemented a menu-based retention plan, allowing IT team members to customize the approach that was a best fit for them individually, while containing and standardizing the cost of the program. Career transition plans were also developed for all team members.

Results: The retention program resulted in 98% retention, for the needed time period.

INDIVIDUAL & TEAM COACHING –
FORTUNE 100 FOOD CONSUMER PRODUCTS COMPANY

Initiative: Formation of a new leadership team after a re-organization.

Approach: After working with the team’s Vice President individually, Kitsios Consulting created a team development session. Using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), and other assessment tools, we provided both individual coaching and a team development strategy. Focus was given to key team processes such as communication, conflict resolution, and decision making.

Results: The leadership team gained the ability to be an effective unit very quickly. The VP has asked us to execute similar sessions for other teams.

EXECUTIVE COACHING –

Initiative: Increase executive effectiveness through individual coaching.

Approach: Kitsios Consulting has provided individual coaching including support, advice, and feedback to various executives at the mid-level management and executive levels for more than five years, using various tools and techniques.

Results: Our coaching clients have consistently rated our executive coaching services with a satisfaction level of 4.8 out of 5.00.
