Founder’s Bio – Agni Kitsios, MSOD

Agni Kitsios is an accomplished change leader with more than 25 years of experience working with various industries – including professional services, consumer packaged goods, food services, financial institutions, manufacturing, health care and not-for-profit organizations. She founded Kitsios Consulting, Inc. in 1999 and serves as the firm’s president and owner.

Prior to Kitsios Consulting Inc., Agni held senior leadership positions at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where she spent more than 14 years of her career. Agni holds a Masters of Science in Organization Development from Loyola University, Chicago.
